I’ve completed the trial period. How do I continue to use the Application?

Your login provides you with access to your billing information.  Please register a credit card to continue to use the application.

I’ve bought a new laptop. Do I need another licence?

Your registration supports download to up to five devices (PC, Desktop, Laptop, Tablet).  If you have replaced your device, you can remove the old download.

Log in to your account.  Underneath the download button is a summary of when you downloaded each copy.

Use the Remove Device button to remove the old device.  Download the application onto your new device.

Can I use any browser?

The application works on most common browsers – please ensure your browsers are running the latest version.  We recommend Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

I've changed the default browser and downloaded another copy. Does this use two licences?

Yes.  You should log in and select the Remove Device button to remove the older download.

I downloaded the application, but I’m blocked from opening it.

It is common for corporate devices to be locked by your IT Administrator to prevent download of any application.  Please contact your office IT Service Desk and request assistance to allow the download of the application.

I want to use the application on any of the PCs in our practice. How can I do this?

On a trial subscription, you will be able to test out the software on up to five devices.

Once the trial expires, you will need to purchase a device subscription for each concurrently active device. Additional device subscriptions may be purchased in the account panel and are pro-rata the anniversary of the currently active subscription period.

Please ensure the person who creates the account has authorisation on the credit card.
